Pelvic Pain
What would it be like to be able to pick up your baby without worry of hurting yourself? To travel and go on your bucket list dream trip and know that your body will be able to support you? To be able to exercise and move in ways that resonate with you and make you feel whole?
Pelvic pain is more than just discomfort – it can disrupt your relationships, work, and well-being. At the most vulnerable time of your life, you don’t want to leave your body in the hands of an inexperienced therapist who has only dabbled in pelvic floor training. I have spent my entire career working with pelvic pain patients, advancing my knowledge as well as providing continuing education to other clinicians. I am here to guide you through every step of the process, empowering you to take charge of your pelvic health.
I understand the complexity of pelvic pain and its impact on your life. I offer a comprehensive approach to healing, prioritizing patient education, personalized care, and lasting relief. Most pelvic pain patients have seen many other clinicians and doctors and feel lost and unheard due to inconclusive evaluations and rushed sessions. Pelvic pain can be emotionally and mentally draining. I create a safe space where you feel comfortable and confident discussing your concerns. I prioritize open communication and building a trusting relationship with you throughout your journey to recovery. I will help give you the tools towards recovery and to move forward in your life and body with confidence.
