Core Connection

After denying my inner hippy in favor of fitting in to the analytical medical model, I finally had an opportunity show a few of my true colors as I joined with frequency energy practitioner Pamela in a joint healing event. 'Core Connection' was a transformative session designed to awaken, educate, and enhance core health combining practice and educational insights with the blissful frequencies of sound bowl healing. 

We began by exploring the profound connection between breath and core strength. We discussed how conscious breathing techniques can not only strengthen our pelvic floor but also reduce stress and cultivate a deep sense of inner peace. We then delved into the intricate relationship between the chakras and pelvic floor health, discovering how imbalances in any of these energy centers can manifest as challenges in intimacy, control, and overall well-being.

Next, we engaged in a series of gentle yet effective core exercises, followed by a series of yoga poses designed to balance and harmonize the chakras. Yoga is not my go to for relaxation but by approaching it with a more gentle mindset with the intention of focusing on the chakras, I could feel my body and mind connecting and reaching a higher level of mindfulness.

The culmination of the session was an unforgettable sound bowl healing experience by frequency practitioner Pamela. As the resonant frequencies washed over me, I felt a deep sense of peace and tranquility descend. It was as if the sounds were gently massaging my inner being, releasing tension and restoring balance.

By the time I walked out of there, I could feel the calm, peace, and connection radiating from within. My breath felt deeper, my core felt stronger, and I felt a renewed sense of confidence and self-awareness.

This event was a powerful reminder that true health encompasses more than just the physical body. It's about nurturing our mind, body, and spirit, and cultivating a harmonious connection between them.
