Empowering Postpartum Recovery: Join Us at the Ojai Baby and Birth Fair

As a pelvic floor physical therapist in Ventura County, I'm passionate about helping women navigate the physical and emotional challenges of pregnancy and postpartum. It's a privilege to support new moms in their journey to healing, recovery, and well-being.

I'm excited to announce that I'll be participating in the Ojai Baby and Birth Fair on Sunday, November 17th, from 11am to 2pm. This event, hosted by @taniamccrackenmidwifery and @valleyofthemoonbirthcollective, will bring together a community of birth professionals, including midwives, lactation consultants, physical therapists, doulas and mental health providers.
